Job Description
1)Contract Review:
Conduct a comprehensive review of employment contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with legal or consulting companies as needed for contract modifications.
2)Performance Evaluation Setup:
Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation system to assess employee performance effectively.
Provide training and support to managers on the performance evaluation process.
3)Recruitment Strategy with QUOTA Consideration:
Devise and execute recruitment strategies, considering QUOTA limitations, especially in alignment with the expansion plans for stores, factories, and offices.
Focus on local staffing requirements in line with the company's growth strategies.
4)Position, Role, and Compensation Disparity Proposal:
Propose strategies for defining roles, positions, and considerations for salary disparities between local and foreign staff.
Ensure a fair and transparent compensation structure across different roles.
5)Employee Benefits Proposal:
Evaluate and suggest improvements to the existing employee benefits package.
Align benefits with industry standards and employee needs.
6)Market Range Definition:
Research and set market ranges for salaries and benefits to remain competitive in the industry.
Ensure the company's compensation packages attract and retain top talent.
Job Requirement
1. Experience of HR in F&B or retail industry:
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, or other relevant areas.
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Experience in managing workers and part-time workers, or working experience in F&B or retail will be necessary.
2. Communication Skills in Chinese and Adaptability
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Chinese language will be necessary to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
3. Employee Relations:
Previous involvement in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective HR solutions.
