Job Responsibilities/Job Scope:

• Prepare payment to supplier
• Maintain filling of payment vouchers and other accounting documents
• Do bank & sales reconciliation
• Prepare and submit GST
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedule
• Prepare monthly commission calculation
• Process payroll
• Assist in recruitment
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Must be diligent meticulous with an eye for detail and able to meet deadline
• Must have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills from management to operations

Roles & Responsibilities

· Full spectrum of recruitment and selection process

· Maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures

· Has a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organisational and employees' needs and issues.

· Manage all the HR matters relating to business including foreigner worker permit application

· Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation & administration of employee benefits

· In-charge of employee’s attendance, claim and monthly allowances, time in & time out records, leave and medical records

· Ensure all the matters are comply with government regulations

· Any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferably Executive and/or Manager specialized in Human Resources
