Looking for Regular Part-time HR & Admin Assistants
The position is available on a 6 months contract commencing on Feb 2025 with an option to extend till Dec 2025 (subject to good performance)
- Job function - 50% Admin 50% Human Resource
- Able to commence immediatetly
- 6 month contract
- Able to commit at least 4 times per week
- Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm or 20 hour work week
- Office located at Jurong East (3 mins walk from Jurong East MRT)
- Suitable for those looking for Flexi-work arrangements (Prior Experience required)
- $13/hr with CPF contribution
- Progressive wage increment and inclusive of performance bonus
Job Description - Administration (50% Weightage)
- Support day-to-day administrative duties.
- Data entry, reporting and invoicing
- Report Uploading
- Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc
- Customer service support
Job Description - Human Resource (50% Weightage)
- Asisst with all facets of recruitment (Screen, Shortlist, Interview)
- Manpower & Resource planning of regular pool Part-timers
- Support HR related admin functions
Job Requirements -
- Strong office administrative skills
- Prior HR experience will be a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
