What will you be responsible for?

• Source, shortlist, and select suitable candidates via different channels such as job boards, social media, advertising and referrals etc.
• Placement of job advertisements.
• Conduct interviews to perform candidate screening and assess the suitability of candidates based on clients’ job requirements.
• Evaluate candidate’s aspirations/ goals and provide value added advice on potential opportunities, provide thorough support to candidates ranging from interviews to offer management etc
• Coordinate interviews arrangement, salary negotiation between clients and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from mid to senior-level management positions.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Scientific, Engineering or Analytics field of study
