Rxilient is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our team and help drive our HR operations across diverse markets.
What are your Responsibilities:
- Payroll Wizardry:Manage payroll processes for multiple regions, ensure all runs smoothly and accurately. You'll be the go-to person for payroll-related queries and compliance with local regulations.
- HR Administration Guru:Prepare and manage essential HR documents, from employment contracts to policy manuals. You will ensure our HR records are organized and up to date.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Hero: Ensure new hires have a fantastic start and exiting employees leave on a positive note. Conduct exit interviews and adopt feedback to enhance our employee experience.
- Leave Management Pro:Administer leave policies and address inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HRMS Savvy:Support the implementation and maintenance of our HRMS systems, generate insightful data reports that aid decision-making.
- Government Claims & Grants Specialist: Handle government claims and grants within all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Employee Relations Champion: Be the friendly face for employee concerns, providing guidance on conflict resolution and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment Rockstar: Assist with recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain talents.
What We're Seeking:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Legislation Knowledge:Strong understanding of employment laws in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and the MENA region.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus!
- Tech Savvy:Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is always ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
