Basic Functions:

Perform the administrative role to support the Human Resources & Administrative functions.

Duties:

Provides day to day support in full spectrum in HR & Administrative functions but not limited to the following:

• Prepare the monthly Payroll (headcount: 100 to 150)
• Preparation of statutory submission such as CPF and IRAS
• Administration of NS make-up pay, Maternity, Childcare, Paternity Leave, Wavier of Levy claims
• Administer HRMS (Payroll, leave, attendance, bio-metric)
• Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Organize, maintain and filing of personnel records of employee in P-file
• Responsible for end to end recruitment activities.
• Maintain good filing system.
• Arranges corporate travel for all personnel.
• Provides assistance to organizing/planning of corporate events and activities.
• Oversees all office administrative matters including but not limited to procurement of office/pantry supplies, vendor management, etc.
• Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience with payroll handling.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, resume screening, interviewing via phone/face-to-face, making job offers, and conducting reference checks.
• Work closely with the business entity to understand their manpower requirements.
• Recommend and manage talent acquisition platforms for a wider outreach of applicants, including online job portals and social media channels.
• Manage onboarding activities and internal communication.
• Manage recruitment agencies and search firms.
• Monitor the recruitment budget.
• Provide project support for HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget, leveraging project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diplomas in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, based in London, and CEO APAC based in Singapore, the HR Director APAC will partner the region’s leadership and country MD team to deliver a regional people strategy that aligns with current and future business objectives, and supports the global people strategy and HR initiatives.

The HR Director APAC role will play a critical role in the overall ambition to make Hogarth the employer of choice for industry talent across APAC and will work closely with both HR and business leads to improve the overall employee experience with Hogarth through building more consistent, defined and deliberate interactions with our people. • Work with local leaders, Regional or country CFOs and Global HR to conduct a thorough and comprehensive salary review cycle annually.
