Roles & Responsibilities

· implementing human resources programs & policies, including Talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and health & safety programs; possessing valuable insights, keen analysis & team approach to implement best practices & processes.

· Expert in developing & nurturing partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees; ensuring regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees;

· Skilled in developing & maintaining effective relationships with the Senior Management and department heads; supporting the delivery for end to end HR services across the business; using experience, skills & knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design & talent analytics

· Proactive in performing the strategic role with respect to employee training & development; preparing the workforce for future positions within the company; succession planning, promotion from within policies & performance evaluation factor; imparting training, motivating employees & improving employee retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This roles covers full Spectrum of Human Resource activities, including:

Recruitment:

· Draft recruitment job advertisement for HQ and all brands

· In charge recruitment for headquarters and outlets

· Arrange interview for shortlist candidates

· Assist recruitment selection for all brands

HR Admin:

· Documents preparation, include employment contract, job offer letter etc

· Create P-files in dropbox and maintain P-files

· Data management of personal details in HR system

· Support and provide monthly labour costing report and other cost saving, efficiency report

· Insurance claim for workman compensation, FW insurance

· Prepare letter for long service award, confirmation, promotion, etc

· Manage employee leave & administration

Work Pass / MOM

· Submit and issue all kinds of work pass for HQ and outlet employees

· Check and maintain quota validity

· Fill up and Submit MOM survey report

Payroll

· Responsible payroll for outlet employees

· Send out payslip, pay adjustment
· CPF Contribution

· Prepare monthly HR Payroll report

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENT

- A Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent is preferred;

- Min 2 of HR generalist experience including payroll, recruitment;

- Excellent communication and writing skills;

- Able to adapt well in a challenging and fast-paced environment;

- Able to work independently, positive working attitude;

JOB SKILLS

- Experience in Info-Tech software will be an advantage

- MS office skills.

- Project Management

- Problem solving skills

- Familiar local HR practices and employment-related laws & regulations.

- Good follow-up skills and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, stock-inventory and to support the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of HR at the company and administrative roles
• Coordinating employee personal data documentation and administration
• Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
• Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.
• Answering HR-related queries from employees
• Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation
• Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation
• Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing
• Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws
• Hard-working, good organization & scheduling
• Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff
• Neat & organize in filing
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)
