1. Must have a bachelor's degree or above

Duties

• Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.

Requirement

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to, recruitment, payroll, on-and off boarding, training and development, performance management, employee benefits and grievances / disciplinary matters
• Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Process payroll and submit for clients approvals.
• Prepare local taxation and other required reporting or payments to local authorities (i.e. CPF contribution, IRAS submissions and other Government Paid Claims.)
• Manage employee medical insurance renewals and enrolment / de-enrolment
• Manage end to end process for all work pass applications and renewal
• Ensure compliance with applicable human resource related legal and regulatory requirement
• Provide monthly HR reporting to Clients
• Assist in all other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Preferably 1 year experience in HR or payroll outsourcing companies
• Good command of English
• Team player, analytical and meticulous

• Assist HRBP with daily HR operational functions including talent acquisition, performance management, as well as talent management and development.
• Partner with HRBP and HR Centre of Excellence in the delivery of key HR projects including policy and process reviews, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management and promotional exercises etc.
• Provide HR advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment processes, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
