• P-File update & Record – New Hires / Resignees
• To provide day-to-day support in broad-spectrum HR and Administrative functions
• To assist in the collation of employment documentation (e.g., contract, appraisals, letters)
• Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
• Assist in recruitment process including job posting, conducting interviews, on and off boarding of the candidates.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Location: Bukit Merah
Monday to Friday Office Hours
Salary: $4.5k to $5.5k

Requirements:

• Providing the business managers with professional HR advice, guidance and support on HR practices, policies and procedures and employment law/legislations.
• Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional experience to candidates
• Managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievances handling and offboarding.
• Reviewing, drafting and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensuring efficient internal workflows and processes

Requirements:

- Min Degree in Human Resources/Business Management
- Min 3-4 years of relevantye experience in healthcare industry

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
