You will be responsible for the following working duties,
1. Support basic HR administration duties, inclusive but not limited to, • HR Filings • Data entries • Attendance Checking • Issuance & Tracking of Uniforms / Apron & Nametags • Contract Preparation
2. Posting Job Advertisements • Drafting of Job Descriptions • Posting of Job Descriptions complying to TAFEP Standards • Shortlisting of candidates (based on job requirements) • Administrations duties includes of correspondence (via calls / what's app/ email) for interview scheduling and updating interview status
3. Ad-hoc duties • Sourcing of quotations (for minor or major events / COVID related matters) • Any other duties assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Organised and ability to multi-task • Team player Preferably able to start work immediately
