Roles & Responsibilities

Experience, Qualities and Qualifications

Human Resources Director

Reporting directly to higher management, you will lead a team of Human Resource Business Partners to identify, develop, and drive key initiatives which include talent acquisition, talent/performance management, workforce and succession planning, manpower review, industrial relations as well as rewards and recognition. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, monitoring and implementing the full range of HR Business Partnering and HR Operations services to the organization, ensuring that they are effective and in accordance with the trading and manufacturing’s HR principles and policy. Requirements:
