POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth and effective management of personnel processes and compliance with regulatory standards. • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS).
• Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
• Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR management or consulting.

• Proven track record in HR process improvements, policy development, and change management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Requirements:

• 1 years experience and above is preferred

Responsibilities：

• In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions, interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding
• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy
• Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department
• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, best local labour practices, company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements

• Prepare and discuss on regular HR reports

• Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies

Requirements：
