About The Role

• Covering the full recruitment cycle (180 or 360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding
• Providing professional recruitment services to candidates
• Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients
• Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team

Our ideal candidate has :

• With 2+ years of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry
• With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment business in a certain professional field, industry, or region
• Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates
• Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent
• MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must

Functional SAP HR Analyst

Required skills:

• Fresh Graduates, especially IT related modules
• IT/Computer Science degree/diploma background.
• Knowledgeable in SQL and any programming language

Job Description:

• Will be part of the IT functional team.
• Will learn the usage of SAP HR System, and perform IT testing of various functionalities within the SAP HR system.
• Will learn the usage of SAP ENABLE NOW to create training material.
• Will be exposed to the project's processes of how system investigation of reported issues is done.
• Will shadow the team on how they implement system changes as part of client's Change Request and learn how to do solution design work.
