Lead Workday Reporting Analyst

SINGAPORE, ASIA PACIFIC

As a Lead HR Reporting Analyst, you will join our Data Compliance and Reporting team and work closely with HR Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements while delivering impactful reporting solutions. Based in our Singapore office, this role will support the Asia Pacific Region, playing a role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Systems reporting solutions.

Key partnerships will include:

- People Solutions: Collaborate to understand reporting needs, provide training, support escalated issues, and deliver solutions.

- HR Tech: Partner to deliver advanced report/dashboard and Prism-related solutions.

- HR Compliance & Legal: Support deliverables related to legal or compliance matters.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for HR systems and reporting. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Workday Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, data structures, security configurations, and advanced reporting features.

- Reporting Skills: Proven ability to design, develop and customize complex Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of reporting and security issues and implement timely resolutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Agile Proficiency: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Your responsibilities will involve carrying out Strategic Initiatives, managing Operational Responsibilities, and providing Leadership and Innovation.

Strategic Initiatives:

- You will identify opportunities to enhance reporting functionality to support strategic decision-making and business insights.

- You will implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting data.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Your responsible will include collaborating with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, align, and prioritize deliverables, and communicate technical concepts effectively. You will also provide training and create user documentation to guide stakeholders in accessing and interpreting Workday reports.

- You will design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and related tools, customizing them to meet specific business needs.

- You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Workday reports.

- Your role will ensure data integrity and reporting standards are followed while adhering to privacy and compliance policies and regulations.

- As part of the role, you will manage the ServiceNow queue to support customers, prioritize high-impact and SLA at-risk cases, and reduce queue volume.

Leadership and Innovation:

- You will monitor industry trends and best practices in Workday and ServiceNow reporting and analytics to keep NIKE at the forefront of innovation.

- You will additionally lead with an innovative, solutions-oriented mindset, focusing on improving the Teammate Experience with every design decision and solution.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to support the Nike HR Operations team in delivering world class support for our employees. Our team serves as the front-line delivery team for HR system implementations and improvements that enable operational excellence within HR. We are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how HR processes can be designed using Workday and ServiceNow to provide a world class employee experience.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this position, you will work with our HR and Technology partners across the globe to identify, define, and implement system based solutions for HR. Leveraging your skills as a Business Analyst, you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across our centers and vendors.

A typical day includes collaborating with teams across the globe, analysing system issues, evaluating changes to our HR processes and technology, building relationships with our Nike teammates, planning for the future of HR Operations, and putting teammate experience front and center across all that we do.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will collaborate with our Teammate Experience Delivery team, HR Functional teams, and Technology teams. You will also collaborate with our HR Business Analysts to drive consistency and standard ways of using technology to drive an excellent teammate experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience; analytical, problem solving, requirements, testing, and documentation
• Workday experience required
• Demonstrated ability in global HR processes; areas such as Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Talent is helpful
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions; ServiceNow preferred

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a proactive business partner to the hiring managers, ensuring alignment in the business requirements
• Determine qualification criteria for each position
• Develop talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
• Screen resumes & Interview candidates during various hiring stages
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process & ensure to provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Be the market expert within industry space and provide regular, relevant reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis and resourcing statistics
• Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation

Qualifications and Profile

• Work experience as an Internal technical recruiter or talent acquisition in competitive markets
• Knowledge on IT skillsets and understand IT job requirements
• Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or minimum 3 years’ recruitment related experience in IT services
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
