- Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and medical arrangements.
- Administer payroll processing via Quick HR payroll system.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims and subsidies e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Administer employee confirmations, benefits and leaves, medical and insurance claims.
- IT support, creating email for new staff
- Laptop issusance to new staff
Knowledge & Skills Requirement
· Minimum Diploma in Human Resources
· Knowledge of IT support an advantage
· Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
