Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Junior IT Recruiters for a 180-degree recruitment role. In this role, you will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and management, playing a vital part in fulfilling our clients’ talent needs in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels to identify and attract suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability based on job requirements.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to guide them through the recruitment process and provide a positive experience.
- Job Posting: Craft and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract diverse talent pools.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and the client-facing team to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about IT industry trends to better understand client and candidate requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though exposure to recruitment or IT is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools is a bonus.
