What you will be working on
- Develop and implement effective employee listening mechanisms to gather timely and comprehensive feedback from workforce and glean actionable insights for improvements in employee experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design surveys, focus groups, and other feedback avenues to capture employee sentiments, challenges, and suggestions.
- Evaluate data from employee feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
- Identify key HR and people metrics that aligns with the company’s organisational objectives.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports, including enhancing of individual department’s capabilities, consistently monitor and analyse these metrics
- Provide and suggest meaningful insights along with data-driven recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Propose and implement control towers or real-time monitoring systems for effectively gauging the organisational pulse of CPF Board.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address emerging issues
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies during the collection, storage, and analysis of employee data.
What we are looking for
- Experience in people analytics or HR data analysis.
- Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with survey design, employee feedback mechanisms, and data collection methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to various audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, able to influence stakeholders positively, and have the passion to improve the overall experience of fellow colleagues.
- Possess the knowledge of HR practices, organisational behavior, and change management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
