Responsibilities:
· Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle including across a variety of operations, technical roles, and internships from job posting, talent sourcing, cold calling, pre-screening, interviewing, selection, offer process management, and onboarding process.
· Fostering good relationships with various departments, understanding manpower demand, advising recruitment strategies, and identifying suitable sourcing channels.
· Conduct new staff onboarding for new hires and intern
· Offboarding - Preparing acceptance of resignation, notification and exit clearance, and repatriation (purchase of air ticket, where required).
· Administer various tests based on job requirements
· Assist in yearly recruitment budget / quarterly forecast reports.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
