Responsibilities:
-Reporting to the Directors, you will perform the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including coordination of meetings and corporate activities, maintenance of office peripherals, recruitment and orientation of new staff
-Ensure proper implementation of the company's systems, policies and procedures
-Ensure legal compliance with regulatory bodies and governmental agencies
-Handle staff benefits and welfare administration, employee relations, training and development
-Perform advisory and consultancy role to employees on HR related matters, handle foreign workers' passes, work safety and disciplinary matters
-Handle employees' leave management, payroll and other statutory filing
-Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications in HR and business management would be an added advantage
-At least two years of working experience in a similar capacity and in the manufacturing sector is preferred
-Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Possess superior decision-making, problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities
-Excellent command of written and spoken English
-Basic conversational Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees and associates
-Able to start work within short notice
