Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Organize training programs, including hygiene courses and pre-employment medical checks.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns effectively.
Coordinate team bonding activities and town hall meetings.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and employment regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with local employment laws and work pass requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
