Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior management team and play a pivotal role overlooking both strategic and operational scopes in HR. The incumbent will also support day to day operations:

Responsibilities:

· Understand the business to champion to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and programmes.

• Take charge of the full spectrum of HR, including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, employee services and other HR-related matters.

• To build and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle with people initiatives, and process improvements.

• Build strong partnerships with business line managers and employees to effectively implement HR programmes and resolve employee relations issues.

• Drive change management, process improvement and organizational effectiveness.

• Manage employee related surveys, job evaluations, data analysis and insights to identify gaps and make recommendations.

• Providing advice and guidance across a variety of HR issues, initiatives and legislation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in HR Background).

• 5+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.

• Experience developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies.

• Strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, project management & leadership abilities.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations/Compliance.

• HR exposure within Consulting or Tech industry will be an advantage.

• HR Generalist experience with proficiency in HRIS systems.

• Coaching skills with the experience of managing a small team.

• Comfortable to work with a remote team.

• Able to handle pressure and prioritise.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in Chinese or French will be a plus.

• Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment.

The Recruitment Director is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters with a sole focus on sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients, as well as providing leads and market intelligence direct to the sales functions. The Recruitment Director must be highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced and adapting environment to ensure the successful fulfilment of job orders. This individual will work closely with both the Sales and Strategic Accounts Teams to define roles and priorities to ensure this is cascaded to the Recruitment Team, fostering impactful service delivery and collaboration across the Sales, Strategic Accounts and Recruitment teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with senior leaders to develop the engagement and recruitment strategy, defining wheelhouse roles and priorities
• Lead the Recruitment Team using KPIs and regularly track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance metrics to share within the team and the wider Sales and Strategic Account Teams.
• Ensure recruiter productivity is met and exceeded.
• Responsible for driving fill ratios and ensuring we are filling a high percentage of the roles we are receiving.
• Lead the Recruitment Team in fostering strong collaborative relations with both the Sales and Strategic Account Teams
• Responsible for building candidate target lists and talent networks specific to core job families and wheelhouse roles
• Clearly map out other agency contractors/temps in target sectors and clients
• Target the team to generate tangible leads and commercial information.
• Develop a contractor/temp end date strategy across key wheelhouse contractor/temp populations
• Drive the Recruitment Team to follow process and consistency with each job order
• Develop, mentor and upskill the team of Recruiters
• Manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, recommending and making improvements to sourcing, processing and communication with candidates
• Ensure we are repurposing candidates and generating a high level of candidate referrals
• Ensure we are delivering a best in class candidate experience
• Maintain regular contact with candidates we have on assignment and those we may have placed in into perm roles
• Develop strategies to support differing ways to engage candidates and developing talent pipelines
• Be an ambassador for change and be open to alternative processes and suggestions
• Generate and share leads with Sales and the Strategic Accounts Teams from interviews with candidates and reference checks to increase sales
• Ensure recruitment teams are fully using Bullhorn to maximise benefits and speed to market as well as ensuring proper and complete documentation in Bullhorn to ensure data integrity
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.

• Minimum of 7 years of recruitment or relevant recruitment experience

Join P-Serv's project team and established close working relationship with our client in the Tourism & Avaiation Industry. This role as HR Admin Lead manages a team in their daily operation on Administrative and HR Matters. You are required to work fully on-site with the team to establish effective HR operation. Your presence will bridge through both internal and external stakeholders. You are also required to establish new SOP and identify ares of improvement.

Scope of Work

• Overseeing the team in daily tasks and ensure efficiency, quality and service deliverables
• Ensuring the team to adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
• Regular supervisory audit check on the team performance and compliance
• Coordinating of HR Matters such as Recruitment Process, Resignee Process, Orientation Programme
• Preparing of monthly reports, quaterly performance reports to measure effectiveness of the team
• Providing of operational to team members and fostering a positive and motivating environment
• Conducting of weekly and monthly team meetings with members to find out their status of work, address to any grievances or queries
• Providing of real-time coaching to enhance work and personal capabilities
• Gathering of feedback from internal/external stakeholders and analyse issues raised in order to provide solutions to the team
• Analyse statistical data, trackers and reports to identify and determine operaiton issues/causes and for improvement
• Develop new Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and identifying of areas of improvements
• Manage and plan team manpower management to project operational needs and provide timely updates to PServ on short/long term manpower resource
• Manage and administering relevant P-Serv administration requirements, provide and execute co-coverage plan, including but not limited to cross-functional knowledge transfer training, development and designing of team members existing and future portfolios
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide operational workflow / requirements for new system launches or
  system changes and participate in system enhancement activities such as systems User Acceptance Testing of application where required

Requirement

• Degree with 3-4 years of experience in HR Administration
• Prior experience in leading a team in daily operation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in report writing, consolidation of performance reports and presentation
• Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or other leading HRIS systems)
• Independent thinker, meticulous with details with good analytical skills to quickly sort through information and ability to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions
