We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Human Resource Executive - Talent Acquisition & Management who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Job Description / Duties:

• Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company
• In charge of onboarding/ off-boarding of employees
• Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits
• Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations
• Organise company events including festival celebrations, anniversary dinner and team-bonding events
• Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing/ Recruitment industry will be added advantage

Human Resource

Provides administrative support to the HR team. This includes administrative for orientation, onboarding, termination and resignation.

Maintain human resource records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and change in job classification.

Handle foreign employee’s work pass of all categories.

Assist with employee’s exit process and interviews.

Administers the employee benefit program such as the renewing of insurance policies, leave, claims and payroll administration.

Submission of NS, GPPL, GMPL, and Childcare Leave.

Assist the team in the Annual Security Agencies Competencies Evaluation (SACE).

Assist with grievance handling.

Finance

Assist the Finance team on any Account Receivable and Payable.

Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claims.

Verify and ensure all invoices are recorded accurately in the MYOB system.

Admin

Monitoring of office supplies.

Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

Assist with the technologies and software migration process.

Engage in all other activities directed by the Management to ensure the success of the Organization.

Human Resource Generalist

This role is an integral part in Organization’s HR team dealing with People Engagement and Talent management to achieve shared organizational objectives. The incumbent will be working with stakeholders to shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the Organization.

• Lead Performance Management such as implementation, communication and coach line managers/supervisor
• Lead People Engagement by driving Culture change and planning activities to engage the workforce
• Manage internal policies in line with government regulations (e.g. retirement, leave, etc.) and recommend best practices
• Contact point for government matters such as covid-19, grants, claims and work passes applications, etc.
• Lead overall benefits program and participate in external consultants’ benchmarking exercise
• Lead process improvements in HR
• Manage all communications such as announcements, dialogue sessions, town halls

• Strong and proven analytical skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Self-motivation, accountability and efficient execution, with a knack for optimizing processes and pragmatic problem-solving.
