• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution
• Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends, and work with management to support the retention initiatives

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement will be advantageous.
