Looking for a HR coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring functioning in HR team.
Work Location : Tai Seng
Work Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Monday to Friday.
HR Coordinator
- Daily coordination on headcount and work location / Crew management
- To compute and make daily wages to part timer/ casual workers.
- Process new applications and prepare employment contract.
- Provide day to day operational HR and admin support and support during
- Ad hoc basis – to source suitable candidates, Invoice preparation, Quotation preparation.
Requirement
- Min O level with 3 pass.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and applicable regulator requirements.
- 1-2 years in administration/HR or Coordination position
- Interested to learn and keep exploring recruitment industry.
- Able to work in a team, well communication skills able to communicate and work with all level of internal and external stakeholder.
- Meticulous & ability to multitask.
- Position thinking and eager to learn.
