Offer comprehensive support for a wide range of HR and Administration functions in Singapore, adept at efficiently and autonomously handling all administrative tasks.
Job Descriptions:
- Facilitate comprehensive support for Singapore HR functions, encompassing Recruitment & Selection, Benefits, Performance Management, HR Policies & Procedures etc.
- Prepare and consolidate documents, non-payroll related reports, and conduct data analysis.
- Oversee the annual review and renewal of insurance policies.
- Foster positive employee relationships among our Singapore-based staff, including the office culture enhancement, organization of office events and employee activities.
- Assist in processing claims for NS/Maternity/Childcare leave and training grants within government-mandated timeframes.
- Handle work pass and visa applications, whether they involve new applications, renewals, or cancellations.
- Maintain IT related license and provide office level ad hoc IT coordination.
- Coordinate with our cleaning vendor and manage day-to-day communication with office cleaners.
- Procure and manage office supplies, facilities, stationery, and miscellaneous items.
- Verify and process monthly payments, including seasonal parking and payments to IT vendors.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, manage visitor reception, and provide document binding support for management meetings.
- Administer the telephone switchboard and oversee the office entrance authorization system.
- Serve as the point of contact for coordination and liaison with the company secretary and solicitor for any necessary documents.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree or diploma in a related field such as HR, Business, Admin or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and coordination skills, coupled with efficiency and a strong execution capability.
- Proficient in Singapore's Employment Act and adept at handling confidential information discreetly.
- Highly skilled in utilizing MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages as this role requires to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Good at organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering results under pressure.
