The incumbent will support the HR team in the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, namely talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives and projects as required.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job portals and professional networks, to source and connect with potential candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong understanding of the employment market regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to multi-task across a broad work portfolio
• Driven and resourceful, with the ability to work independently
• Must be steady and predictable in behaviour
• High attention to detail
• Continuously required to provide support and assist others

Roles and Responsibilities
