Job Overview:
Handle a variety of HR related administrative duties – acting as the liaison between the HR department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage manpower planning needs and work closely with the respective departments on manpower needs.
- Assist in the handling of end-to-end Recruitment
- Application & renewal of work passes on MOM website
- Create and maintain employee’s personnel data/file
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Organize employee engagement events and initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on preparation of company events
- Manage recruitment related reports
- Support payroll with checking of timesheets
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions
- Able to work as a team
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Assist/support company’s events/activities
- Support the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of HR policies/procedures
