Job Description:

Recruitment and Onboarding

Core duties:

- Manage payroll calculations including bank bulk payroll upload, CPF submissions, FWL submissions, etc

- Manage leave records

- Assist to create and maintain personnel files and records

- Process medical reimbursements for staff (FWs and locals), etc

- Schedule and manage internal training such as new-hire orientation / on-boarding, on-job-training, supplier-product training courses, etc

- Apply for grants, subsidies and waivers

- Assist with the hiring processes such as posting of job ads, screening & interviews etc

- Manage FW applications & renewals

- Onboarding & offboarding processes

- Assist with any WSH incident reporting & insurance claims

- Assisting with mediation & resolution of staff-related complaints/issues

- Assisting with management of company staff events such as company D & D, CSR programs, etc

- Manage FW accommodations such as making dormitory arrangements & inspections, etc

- Assist with the ordering and distribution of company uniforms, safety boots, PPEs, personal tools, etc for staff

- Any other job scope or tasks to be appointed.

• Assisting in execution of day-to-day HR function.
• Managing full recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews and on-boarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies & procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of employee-related issues.
• Support & manage employee engagement activities and initiatives including corporate functions.

• Work pass administration & its related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with the local employment laws and company policies.

You should already be equipped with the followings:

• Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role with strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel & Word.
• Natural communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and together in a team.

Job Description

· Handle all other HR matters and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager

· Handle leave administration

· Responsible for a full spectrum of Human resources and Payroll

· Lead recruitment process including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interviews and related administrative processes such as vetting, preparing company letters, and other ad-hoc duties

· Manage off-boarding process for resignation and terminations including conducting an exit interview

· Oversee existing employees’ duties and work performance including appraisal

· Perform other work duties necessary for the company

· Prepare all company letters (LOA, Memo, Company Forms, Awards, etc.)

· Process monthly staffs payroll and claims, calculate overtime and attendance checks

· Process monthly CPF, Levy Submission, Levy Waiver, IR21 and IR8A

· Process work passes application and liaises with immigration on foreign workers related matters including application, renewal & cancellation

· Record keeping for employee personal files and ensure accurate information are updated

· Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management

· Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
