Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist end-to-end payroll and claim processing promptly and accurately in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines.
• Conduct exit interviews, compile and analyse the reason of attrition.

• Assist in resolving complex employee relations issue and address grievance.
• Assist in organising corporate social responsibility and welfare activities.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned.
