• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies.
• Handle HR works on payroll, leave management, overtime computation, claims verification, staff permits application, manage and handle staff welfare and training and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
• Ensure all work pass matters for foreign staff are obtained and complied with MOM regulations.
• Assist in the application of government grants and submission of claims.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and Employee Personal file/database.
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day efficient operations of the HR & Admin department in compliance to statutory legal requirements.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment (placing advertisement, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, onboarding and departure, orientation, employment contract in accordance to legal requirements, etc.).
• Maintain and Upkeep of employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents. This includes all HR Reports and MOM surveys.
• Preparation of HR related letters when required.
• Support administrative duties including documentation, filing, and updating of data to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Assist with daily operations of the HR functions e.g. employee enquiries, grievances and complaints, training, and all work-related HR issues.
• Manage flights and hotels bookings for employees including travel visa applications and travel insurance.
• Familiar with HR matters relating to Singapore’s labour laws (Ministry of Manpower), Employment Act, Immigration, CPF and Work Pass Regulations/Procedures.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management and other affiliated organisations.
• Preparation of IR8A, IR21 and advise employee on their personal income tax queries.
• Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use.
• Manage incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Help to organise company events.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience is required.
• Experience in implementing Payroll Software.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Self-confidence and self-motivated with “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently, manage and set priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitates recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection).
• Establishes and maintains open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs.
• Sources candidates, consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.
• Develops and maintains an effective recruiting network, via college and job fair recruiting, conference or meeting attendance, trade journal use, and relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Determines job offer, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate. Coordinates job offer process.
• Ensures all pre-employment screening is completed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Preferred but not mandatory - previous recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on sourcing, talent intelligence, networking and building talent engaged talent pools.
• Ability to work independently and team members in a “virtual” setting.

Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health programme, sports activity)

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Any other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in Construction.

Knowledgeable about the Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations

Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels

Process Engineer

• Sustain production line, SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.

• Support Process CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve process robustness, cost and capacity efficiency thru –

  • Develop new process recipes for new/existing technologies.

  • Improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic, statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Work with cross functional teams, cross fabs and OEM suppliers for BKM (best known method) convergence on recipes, material, method and I4.0 automation.
     

• Support company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release.

Equipment Engineer

• Setup and maintain (FDC) Fault Detection Classification, PM specification, and other quality systems for the assigned tools.

• Participate in troubleshooting and task forces as needed. Implement sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.

• Work with cross-functional and cross-fab task teams in knowledge exchange on BKM (best known method) alignment and improvement levers.

• Provide training and guidance to Associate Engineers (AEs) to support day-to-day operational requirements.

Integration/Yield Enhancement Engineer

• Support development and qualification of new processes or add additional modules/features into existing processes.

• Identify and solve line and wafer yield related problems. Lead and drive issues to closure.

• Optimize process margins through DOE (Design of Experiments).

• Monitor critical inline measurement and electrical test parameters SPC trend and Cpk to ensure production wafers meet the require quality.
