• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

Job Purpose

The HR Executive will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and the development of people strategies aligned with the mission and values of the charity. This role plays a vital part in fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture while managing the day-to-day HR functions to support the charity’s operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
   Coordinate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate into the organization seamlessly.
   
2. HR OperationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection laws.
   Prepare HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization.
   Administer payroll inputs, benefits programs, and staff welfare initiatives.
   
3. Performance Management and DevelopmentSupport performance appraisal exercises and maintain training and development records.
   Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and build capacity in alignment with the charity’s mission.
   
4. Compliance and PoliciesEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and charity-specific policies.
   Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect statutory and organizational requirements.
   
5. Employee Engagement and CulturePlan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote morale and retention.
   Provide first-level support for employee relations, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education and ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
   2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a charity, non-profit, or community service setting.
   
2. Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
   Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Responsible for Full Employee Lifecycle, ie. On-boarding/off-boarding, and maintain proper employee records.
• Handle all work passed related applications, renewal & tracking
• Compensation & Benefits – Payroll administration & processing, CPF, annual leave, medical claims, petty cash, employee appraisal, etc.
• Liaise with government agencies for statutory matters eg. NSmen, Maternity/Childcare leave, Union, etc
• Employees training and development including funding applications.
• Organise company events, staff communications, employee handbook & HR improvement projects
