We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team and support the HR team in its daily operations. If you have a passion for people management, employee relations, and organizational development, this role is a perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database with all relevant personnel information
- Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances, ensuring all issues are managed fairly and in line with company policies
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, termination letters, and other administrative forms
- Monitor and maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies to ensure a safe and lawful workplace
- Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive working environment and strengthen team cohesion
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling HR issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
