Responsibilities
· Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties
· Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner
· Submission of claims
· Handle order entry processing, quotation, generation and monitoring of deliveries
· Maintain and plan work schedule and coordinate calendar activities
· Preparation of Letter of Employment, staff orientation and HR related document
· Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
· Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general
· Full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment, post advertisement, leave management, disciplinary action
· Handle MOM work passes, prepare employment, confirmation, and warning letter etc
Requirements
· At least 2 years of experience in office administration and handled confidential information
· Required languages: English and Mandarin
· Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet deadline with good leadership skills
· Must possess a keen attitude and be a go-getter
· Immediate vacancy available
· Able to Multi-task and has good time-management and tasks prioritization skills
· PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Work Schedule
· Monday to Friday 930am-6pm
