We are seeking an HR Executive to be stationed at various outlets, tasked with
supporting and overseeing retail operations and standardizing SOPs. Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
- Establishes and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all outlets, ensuring HR policies and practices are consistently applied and adhered to.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Train retail staff on their job roles and responsibilities.
- Responsible for onboarding new staff into the company, guiding them through the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the team.
- Regularly assess staff skills and performance to ensure continuous professional development and alignment with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives focused on enhancing employee performance and engagement, directly contributing to improved business sales and overall workforce productivity.
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skillsets and career progression opportunities.
- Handling employee issues and feedback, identifying solutions to resolve problems, and finding appropriate measures to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; candidates should be open to learning new skills and concepts.
- Retail or customer service background experience is highly valued.
- Willing to visit and engage with various retail outlets as part of HR operations.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective HR management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, crucial for addressing HR-related challenges.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
