Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Headhunter/Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-caliber candidates for our executive and specialized roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the company.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
• Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
• Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
• Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
