[What you will be working on]

• Support the migration of our system to “Business Grants Portal”, which may include building of forms, user acceptance testing, data migration

• Conduct sample checks on claims processed by outsourced vendor

• Support administration of Global Ready Talent Programme by onboarding companies and evaluating internship placements, and consolidating monthly inputs from institutes of higher learning

[What we are looking for]

• Meticulous, with a high proficiency in MS Excel

• Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in a similar role or if not, in a large organisation

• Diploma/ Degree

• Can-do spirit, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and excellence oriented

Please note that this is a contract role.

[What you will be working on]

• Propose and work on new talent engagement initiatives, including the use of New Media tools to enhance employer branding and market career opportunities to targeted talent pool

• Support scholarship and internship programs to attract and build early talent pipeline

• Establish hiring requirements by understanding organization plans and objectives by liaising with hiring managers to discuss manpower needs

• Support end-to end Talent Acquisition function, which covers sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews and managing offer process etc

• Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to meet recruitment needs and identify opportunities to expand sourcing channels

• Recommend and implement strategies to streamline recruitment processes and procedures

[What we are looking for]

• Background in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition function

• Meticulous, good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently, multi-task and coordinate well across all levels
