We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to work in the HR team in Singapore. You will be responsible for areas of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and reward and performance management cycles. This role will report into the HR Manager.

Areas of Responsibility:
● Assist with the day-to-day operations and administration of HR duties including maintaining P-files, ensuring correct employment documentation is kept, preparing HR correspondence such as employee letters and onboarding and off-boarding processes
● Recruitment: Keep up to date adverts and job descriptions, post adverts on job portals, agree candidate shortlists with the HR Manager and hiring managers, be the point of contact for candidates, arrange interviews and follow up with feedback
● Onboarding: Assist with onboarding process including onboarding presentation and adding details to HR system
● Payroll: Responsible for the monthly payroll processing which includes using the Whyze system to collate working hours and overtime, add in new joiners and leavers, liaising with the Finance team, Whyze team and employees to ensure accurate payroll queries and changes are resolved, ensure correct documentation and reporting, organizing the appropriate approvals for monthly payroll processing
● Benefits: managing and controlling leave entitlements, medical claims, incentive payments, and answering employees’ queries
● Administer statutory reporting and filing requirements with CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims
● Process work pass applications, issuance and cancellations and liaise with relevant agencies on foreign employee matters including employee travel to overseas restaurants
● Support the HR Lead to coordinate employee engagement and other HR projects such as HR analytics reporting, audits, training and talent management, company events
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Shows a passion for people and workplace culture
- Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry and HR experience would be an advantage but full training on HR processes and administration will be given depending on experience.
- A team player, goals oriented, highly motivated and with speed of execution
- Has good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines
- Preferably one year working experience in HR or admin function, Diploma in HR or a related subject
