Contract: 1 year

Salary: $12 - 15 per hour (UP$2500 monthly)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the transfer of existing officers e-documents into ePfile system
• Arrange tea sessions for new hires
• Manage temporary staff administration (including new requests, extensions, contract expiry, resignations, terminations)
• Verify temporary staff invoices
• Prepare and post weekly HR Announcements
• Record Management
• Support HR manager for events and ceremonies
• Coordinate and provide support for career fairs
• Assist with recruitment processes
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in HR
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Team player

Requirements:

• Proficient in communication and able to handle English documents.
• Humble attitude, traning provided.
• Diploma in Human Resource or Business admin
• Stable working environment
