Work location: Changi Business Park
Responsibilities:
- Support the key stakeholders in Recruitment and Business Development function
- Calendar Scheduling for meetings, interviews and other important appointments
- Documentation - collect documents from various sources and maintain proper file system on Sharepoint
- Assist with drafting of SOW, Contracts and Work Orders
- Support the recruitment process - schedule inteviews, engage with stakeholders for follow ups and coordinate the process
- Process background verification for selected candidates
- Maintain proper reports on Excel and other tools
Requirements
- At least 1-2 year of recruitment coordination experience preferably in a recruitment agency
- Strong knowledge of recruitment process in an agency environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Extremely strong with Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong reporting and data analysis experience on Excel
- Customer centric approach and excellent time management skills
