Overview of the role
The Senior Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in aligning our human resources with our ambitious growth targets. You will lead strategic HR planning, develop a nurturing company culture, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies. Your expertise will foster an engaging, inclusive, and productive work environment that supports both in-office and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that integrate with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development.
Cultural Development
- Actively enhance and maintain a workplace culture that reflects our core values and mission, with special focus on integrating our remote workforce.
Training and Development
- Identify skills gaps and design training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles and advance in their careers.
Remote Work Infrastructure and Support
- Enhance and support remote work capabilities to ensure all team members are equipped for success, regardless of location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Manage and evolve compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal standards and keep the organization updated on relevant changes.
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Implement innovative engagement and retention strategies that increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Employee Relations
- Develop effective strategies for managing employee relations and maintaining a positive work environment.
HR Technology Utilization
- Lead the adoption and integration of HR technologies to streamline HR processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or strategic role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
- Proven experience with HR software and information systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s, is a bonus.
