Overview of the role

The Senior Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in aligning our human resources with our ambitious growth targets. You will lead strategic HR planning, develop a nurturing company culture, and implement cutting-edge HR technologies. Your expertise will foster an engaging, inclusive, and productive work environment that supports both in-office and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies that integrate with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Performance Management

• Design and oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development.

Cultural Development

• Actively enhance and maintain a workplace culture that reflects our core values and mission, with special focus on integrating our remote workforce.

Training and Development

Remote Work Infrastructure and Support

• Enhance and support remote work capabilities to ensure all team members are equipped for success, regardless of location.

Legal Compliance

• Ensure all HR practices comply with legal standards and keep the organization updated on relevant changes.

HR Technology Utilization

• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or strategic role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
• Proven experience with HR software and information systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s, is a bonus.

Area of responsibility

• The Recruitment Consultants will fulfil a highly visible and 360-degree role in the company.
• Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries.
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
• Service existing clients and to source for new business as required
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve individual and company’s sales targets

The Person
