Job Summary

The Recruiter Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with company hiring goals. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

• Handling administrative request and queries
• Prepare files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Nitec in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is advantageous
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
