Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll administration i.e timesheet, wage calculation, payslips, etc.
• Manage submission of CPF, Income Tax and government-paid claims.
• Handle payroll discrepancies, transactions and leave administration.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and updates of employee records.
• Day to day general HR operational and administrative support.
• Manage leave administration, allowances and other types of claims.
• Proficient in managing foreign work permits (Malasyia), including applications, renewals, agent coordination, health screenings, passport renewals, and various immigration and embassy requirements.
• Any other HR duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or another related field.
• At least 2 years of payroll experience
• Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
• Analytical, meticulous and numerically inclined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive work attitude, and able to work under pressure

Our team collaborates with partners across Apple to execute Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive a world class experience. We are looking for a Process Analyst to partner with retail leadership teams across multiple locations to plan a scheduling strategy that positively impacts our employees and customers. You will be responsible for crafting store scheduling strategies that incorporate local needs through your relationship with store leadership teams and your knowledge of GRS resource planning strategies. You will provide the schedule plans to a team of Operations Analysts to build effective schedules, through consistent and dynamic resource planning.

• Motivate and engage store leadership behind resource planning strategies and changes through strong relationships and ability to influence
• Integrate store specific plans with resource planning strategies to plan timely, consistent, fair, and flexible schedules to support the employee and customer experience
• Drive timeliness, accuracy, and consistency with resource planning strategies across several locations
• Partner with Store Leaders to advise on how current payroll, local payroll laws, time away, availability, and hiring trends impact scheduling performance and identify solutions
• Analyzing data related to workforce management to provide recommendations to store leadership and Store Operations Field Leaders to improve resourcing trends and scheduling opportunities

• Maintain subject matter expertise and proficiency of the current scheduling system
• Attend and participate in Global Retail Support (GRS) communication regarding system enhancements, scheduling updates and training
