About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and forward looking professional who has a track record of building employee capability and engagement, full spectrum of HR admin management and improving processes.

Leading a team of 3, you would need build capability in your team and inspire others to improve the way we do things. A strong administrator yourself, you should have experience with improvement projects using approaches such as business process re-engineering, lean management or leveraging on IT to increase efficiency and effectiveness. A strong communicator, you will need to be a team player and work well with multiple parties such as operational heads as well as our HQ colleagues.
