This position provides support in many broad areas of the entire Human Resources (HR) functions at Post. The position assists with Locally Employed (LE) staff services, and American services including but not limited to providing all aspects of administrative support to the HR team members. The position has regular routine communication with external contacts in Singapore government agencies and private sector companies, responds to inquiries and handles official communications on a variety of HR functions and subject matter. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:

- Minimum two years of full-time post-secondary study in business management and/or human resource management (or the equivalent hours spread across a part-time study period) at college or university, AND at least two (2) years of experience in human resources is required; OR
- Completion of secondary school or high school education, AND at least four (4) years of experience in human resources is required.
- Must have fluent, strong English oral and writing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must have pleasant personality, be courteous, tactful, and effective in dealing with both American and local employees.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to draft error free correspondence.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint required.
