Reporting To: Daily work - Singapore Responsible Person (a Director); Personal itinerary of the Chairman - the Chairman
Job Focus (Key Issues to be Solved Upon Joining):
- Office renovation
- Secretarial experience is a plus
- Administration and HR
- Handling government affairs
- Partial financial matters such as tax processing (financial knowledge)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle comprehensive HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding arrangements, employee relations, payroll/social insurance, employee compensation and benefits, income tax, etc.
- Responsible for office administration and maintenance for the renovation project, including office supplies procurement and management, asset management, office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, and office supplies replenishment.
- Handle calls, faxes, emails, and couriers; assist in performing reception duties.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records, social insurance categories, and medical cards.
- Execute any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in comprehensive HR activities.
- Proficient in Singapore’s Employment Act and other employment-related regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strict discipline, meticulous, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organizational skills.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with effective time management.
- Good command of written and spoken
