Reporting To: Daily work - Singapore Responsible Person (a Director); Personal itinerary of the Chairman - the Chairman

Job Focus (Key Issues to be Solved Upon Joining):

• Office renovation
• Secretarial experience is a plus
• Administration and HR
• Handling government affairs
• Partial financial matters such as tax processing (financial knowledge)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle comprehensive HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding arrangements, employee relations, payroll/social insurance, employee compensation and benefits, income tax, etc.
2. Responsible for office administration and maintenance for the renovation project, including office supplies procurement and management, asset management, office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, and office supplies replenishment.
3. Handle calls, faxes, emails, and couriers; assist in performing reception duties.
4. Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records, social insurance categories, and medical cards.
5. Execute any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in comprehensive HR activities.
2. Proficient in Singapore’s Employment Act and other employment-related regulations.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strict discipline, meticulous, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organizational skills.
5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with effective time management.
6. Good command of written and spoken

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

Position: Accounts cum HR Executive Salary RangeL $3.8k to $4.5k per month at No 2 Bukit Batok Street 22 Singapore 659592

Responsibilities:-

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, full set of accounts up to financial reporting. Including tax filing and tax return. GST Quarterly submission.

- Act as Company secretary, manage Corporate AGM and Annual Return etc..

- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.

- Administer HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding, payroll management, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in both accounting and HR domains.

- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.

- Proven experience in accounting and HR roles, preferably in a similar capacity.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.

- Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
