Responsibilities:

1. Deeply understand the company's internationalization business strategy and lead the team to support the overall individual income tax operations of the company;

2. Develop and improve regional individual income tax related operation processes and system construction in accordance with legal compliance requirements;

3. Responsible for following up on individual income tax policies in different countries and regions, and supporting the improvement of the individual income tax system for Internationalization assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5 years experience in tax operations;

2. Fluency in English;

3. Excellent project management skills, strong project driving and execution ability;

4. Good logical thinking, and strong research and data analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in technology industry or human resources/management consulting;

2. Good business acumen, strong business understanding and insights;

3. Self-driven, good learning capability, good resilience and adaptability to changes and uncertainties;

4. Good teamwork awareness and collaboration skills.

HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Salary: $4000- $4500

Responsibilities


• Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
• Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
• Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
• Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
• Manage and maintain employees within the Group’s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and
  other employee relations matters
• Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
• Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
• Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal
• Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company’s documents including but not limited to
  Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
• Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant

Reporting to the Head, Rewards & People Advisory, the role will support day-to-day payroll operations, regulatory surveys/reporting, tax reporting & compliance activities and process improvement. Payroll and Process Improvement: Work with outsourced payroll vendor, ensure accurate and timely interpretation and data integration to payroll systems, as well as payment-related calculations for payroll accuracy. Process statutory payments and deductions. Deliver excellent employee payroll experience through accurate payroll processing, reporting within agreed SLAs/KPIs Submit monthly payroll data for approvals, generate payroll related reports and finance journal entries Computation of final payments during exit processes Manage employee payroll queries Ensure audit requirements are met both internally and externally Provide information for surveys, adhoc reports requests internally and from Group Office. Lead payroll projects / process improvement initiatives when required. Tax: Handle & review IR21 of employees Review Year End Tax Forms (IR8E, A8A, A8B, IR8S) of employees, oversee and ensure that payroll vendor submits accurate tax forms to the tax authority Monitor and Manage the Directive to Pay/Notice of Assessment Coordinate with employees/HRBPs/tax vendors & local tax authorities to resolve tax issues Coordinate with relevant parties to settle taxes borne due to shares Ensure Tax Payment is done accordingly and on time and raise the applicable journal for the payment Attend to adhoc tax Inquiries Expat/International Assignee Tax Management Filing and maintaining tax records Monthly maintenance i.e. ensure salary withholding. Review the payroll and tax process to ensure adherence to policies/guidelines and audits. KEY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll and tax principles, practices and procedures. Analytical with high attention to detail. Passionate in improving payroll and tax processes for increased operational efficiency. Able to manage confidential and sensitive data appropriately. Mature, responsible, self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
