Job Responsibilities:
Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function - recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
Leverage multiple recruiting sources and programs to identify and recruit candidates
Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
Manage statutory and compliance submissions such as CPF, taxes, work pass applications etc.
Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
Pro-actively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner
Job Requirement:
Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
Excellent communication skills
1 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry (Optional)
Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
Adaptable in fast-paced working environment
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
