Job Scope
- Take charge of all-encompassing HR responsibilities, including followings:
- Talent management (acquisition, development, retention)
- Performance management
- Compensation and welfare management
- Organization development (Diversity and Equity and Inclusion initiative)
- HR policy development and Implementation
- HR information System
- HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, and employee workpass matters.
- Provide day-to-day support for HR operations.
- Evaluate, enhance, and formulate HR policies to align with the evolving needs of the business.
- Collaborat with management and operate independently to execute impactful HR/people initiatives, fostering employee engagement to enhance team retention and facilitate growth.
- Manage the documentation process for contracts, agreements, HR-related employee letters, work permits, etc.
- Oversee payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits for employees.
- Stay updated on employment legislation and implement relevant HR best practices.
- To collaborate with Headquarter on HR and Admin Matters
- Managing miscellaneous tasks related to general affairs.
Job requirement
- Preferred with Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years experience in HR or Business Admin
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methodologies.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in Payroll and HR management software.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
